Our graduates' analytical abilities set them apart as leaders who know how to approach and deliver results. The Career Center brings in over 390 companies to recruit undergraduate business students each year.

Students accept job offers with a range of companies including: Goldman Sachs, Deloitte Consulting, Goodyear, JP Morgan Chase, HJ Heinz, IBM Consulting, Harrah’s Entertainment, Panasonic, and Teach for America. The average starting salary for 2007 graduates was $56,650.

The Carnegie Mellon Career Center has a career consultant who works solely with students from the Tepper School of Business. Freshmen through seniors can schedule an appointment to meet with the career consultant. Learn more about the career services Carnegie Mellon has to offer.
