President – Nathan LazurNathan graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. After graduation he went to work for BOC Gases in their Remote Operations Center where he focused on process improvement and optimization. He transferred back home to Pittsburgh to work in BOC’s Braddock Air Separation Unit and gain experience in plant operations. Nathan left BOC Gases to become a shift supervisor in the Gas Handling Control Room at US Steel’s Clairton Coke Works. At US Steel he gained project management experience, leading him back to Tepper to pursue concentrations in Operations and Strategy. As a lifelong Pittsburgher, Nathan is an avid fan of the Steelers and Penguins. This summer, Nathan will complete his internship at Amazon.com in their Lexington, KY Fulfillment Center. |

VP of Education – Nicole Di BellaNicole graduated from Boston University in 2002 with a BS in Business Administration. After a year as the special claims analyst at a law firm, Nicole worked as an actuarial pension fund analyst in Austin, Texas. At Tepper, Nicole is pursuing concentrations in operations, strategy and marketing. She is the vice president of marketing for the Oganizational Leadership Club and the logistics chair of the Rugby Club. Nicole is also a member of both the Gratuate Business Association’s social and marketing committees. |

VP of Finance – Eric DoddsEric has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. After Undergrad he worked as a manufacturing engineer for Micron Technology, involved in production optimization and process improvement. His primary focus was developing and deploying a Cycle Time reduction software to reduce time to market and inventory for Nand and DRAM semiconductors. At Tepper, his focus will be in operations, finance and strategy. He worked for Amazon.com this summer. |

VP of Communications – Viji DoriswamyViji is an Electrical & Electronics Engineering graduate from University of Madras, India. She worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd for 5 years as an IT Consultant and Business Analyst, involved extensively in project management and client communication. Pittsburgh has been her home for more than 2 years now, having worked for a leading financial services client here before joining Tepper. She is currently engaged in a project with MEDRAD Inc, a well-known medical device manufacturer and distributor. |

VP of External Affairs – Gaurav DugarGaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. Upon graduation, he joined Tata Consultancy Services, where he led software application development for one of America’s largest hospitality companies. During his four years at TCS, he implemented multi-million dollar projects, helping the client streamline existing operations and identify avenues of future growth. Besides, he draws ideas from his experience at his family’s iron and steel manufacturing business, where he helped realize significant operational efficiencies. At Tepper, he intends to concentrate in Operations, Strategy and Finance. This summer, he will join Amazon.com as an Operations Intern. |

VP of Operations – Sean KellySean has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Communication Studies, and Marketing from the University of Minnesota. After completing his degree Sean entered the Operations Management Training Program for Union Pacific Railroad. Upon completion of the training program, he was placed as a Manager of Yard Operations in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, he was responsible for maintaining safety standards, executing the transportation plan for the Des Moines terminal and managing a large budget operating expense. Now at Tepper, his focus will be in Strategy, Operations, and Marketing. This summer he will return to Union Pacific in a marketing and sales position. |

VP of Corporate Relations – Greg VaslowskiGreg attended the University of Pittsburgh, earning bachelors in both chemistry and business, and further specializing with a masters in chemistry (organic). After a short career in both high school and college education, he worked for several years in the for-profit education field with Kaplan Test Prep and Admission, most recently as the Western PA/Northern WV area business director. In this management role, he focused on business development, personnel development, and area operations. Now at Tepper, Greg is concentrating on operations, strategy, and organizational behavior. His summer 2009 internship was with Bayer in Pittsburgh. |

Flex-time Representatve – Chit SethiChit has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras (India) and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). During his masters, he worked at GE Oil & Gas in Wisconsin, where he led and implemented Six Sigma Black Belt projects in production and supply chain management. He then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in Pittsburgh as a Supplier Quality Engineer where he worked closely with ISO and FDA cGMP Quality Systems. He is currently working at MEDRAD Inc. as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer where he leads strategic supply chain initiatives. He is also holds the CQE, CQA, CSSGB & CSSBB certifications from ASQ. |
